Ingredients:
- 4-6 chicken leg parts (I use thighs with skin removed)
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cayenne/red pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Measure and mix all the spice ingredients in a small bowl. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken piece; it can be marinated in the fridge overnight.
- Place chicken into air fryer with pieces not touching. Air fry for 22 minutes, flipping once midway through.
