- 72 g (1/3 cup) unsalted butter, softened at room temp
- 100 g (1/2 cup) packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 296 g (1 cup) Nutella
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 94 g (3/4 cup) all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Line a square 8x8 or 9x9 pan with parchment and preheat oven to 350.
- Beat the butter until smooth. Add brown sugar, vanilla, and salt and beat until smooth. Add eggs and Nutella and beat until smooth and fluffy. Add the flour and blend at low speed until just combined - do not overmix.
- Add batter to pan and lightly sprinkle coarse sea salt over the top of the mixture. Bake for about 32-36 mins until not too jiggly in the middle. Test for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool and cut up to serve.
