Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise (Kewpie mayo recommended)
- 1 Tbsp white (shiro) miso paste
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp mirin
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until blended smooth. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
