Japanese Creamy Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (Kewpie mayo recommended)
  • 1 Tbsp white (shiro) miso paste
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp mirin
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until blended smooth.  Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
