Ingredients
Crust: 1 cup softened butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 cups flour
Filling: juice from 2 lemon, 4 egg, 1.5 cups sugar, 1/4 cup flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Blend crust ingredients together and press into an even layer in a 9 x 13 ungreased baking pan. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix filling ingredients and pour into the prepared crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
