Chicken Stir Fry

 Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (20-24 oz), sliced or cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp salt (can use less)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp chicken powder
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp cooking wine
  • 4 tbsp water
Instructions
Marinate the sliced chicken for at least 1/2 hour in the refrigerator, or up to 2 hours.
Add olive oil to saute pan and cook chicken in small batches so that the pieces will brown a little bit.  Do not overcook chicken breast.
