Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (20-24 oz), sliced or cut into chunks
- 1 tsp salt (can use less)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp chicken powder
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp cooking wine
- 4 tbsp water
Instructions
Marinate the sliced chicken for at least 1/2 hour in the refrigerator, or up to 2 hours.
Add olive oil to saute pan and cook chicken in small batches so that the pieces will brown a little bit. Do not overcook chicken breast.
